At WHACK Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the sporting equipment is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags; then securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our main distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement gear within 5 business days.
